Sales-pattern intelligence

Planned outputs include annual sales volumes, total value, average and median prices, recent movement, property-type mix and high-value transaction observations.

Postcode comparison

The platform is being prepared to compare postcode areas and postcode districts, including nominal and inflation-adjusted price illustrations.

Weekly, monthly and annual reporting

The website will include weekly highlights, monthly observations and annual review pages with transparent methodology and source attribution.

Public data basis

The England and Wales transaction layer is based on HM Land Registry Price Paid Data. Additional UK-wide layers may use separate official statistical sources where appropriate.

Responsible presentation

Outputs will be descriptive intelligence, not valuation advice, mortgage advice, investment advice or a substitute for professional property due diligence.
