Accessibility information
Accessibility features, known limitations and feedback route for the SCC Land Registry property intelligence website.
Our approach
We aim to make property transaction information easy to read and navigate on desktop, tablet, mobile and with assistive technologies. Pages use semantic headings, form labels, visible keyboard focus, descriptive links and reduced-motion support. Each postcode district has a pre-rendered page that can be read without the interactive JavaScript explorer.
Known limitations and testing
Not every browser, screen reader or assistive-technology combination has yet been independently audited. The interactive chart is supplemented with figures and postcode tables, but further accessibility evaluation is required. We do not claim certified WCAG conformance before completing a full accessibility test.
Help and feedback
If a page, chart, table or other feature is difficult to access, please use the contact arrangements on SCC Nexus to tell us which page or information you need. We will review reasonable alternative-format requests and accessibility reports.
